Please note, if you are ordering from Canada, you will be responsible for any additional customs, duties, & taxes billed to you after checkout.
Every order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need it shipped sooner, please reach out and we will try to accommodate!
Depending on your location, orders will arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders and more for international (depending on shipping method). We will notify you once your order has been shipped.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your address, cancel the order, or modify your order in any way, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will only be able to make changes before the order has been processed.
All shipments are covered up to the values stated on the courier's insurance policies.
If the delivery is late, please reach out so we can follow up with the courier and find a solution. Please note that Puzzle Sensei is unable to replace lost or stolen packages at this time.

We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days from receipt for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Have a proof of purchase/receipt
- Be unused and in its' original packaging as it arrived - inclusive of the exterior protective shrink wrap
- No visible signs of wear or use
Any shipping charges applied to the original purchase will not be refunded. Any shipping charges incurred to return the product will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be applied after receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
Want to make a return?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. If you require a mailing label, we can provide you with one and quote the cost that will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the cost of shipping will be subject to the carrier's rates based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Please include your packing slip (receipt/proof of purchase) in your shipment.
